Organization of registration

To facilitate the organization of the school, the registration is a two-step process. Each participant must first pre-registrer and will then receive a confirmation email providing further details regarding the full registration and payment.

Important deadlines

16th of February, 2018 : End of pre-registration and acceptance of the participations by the Organizing Committee

15th of March, 2018 : End of registration

Registration fee

The registration fee is 180 euros for all participants. The fee includes the lunches of May 16th, 17th and 18th, breaks, cocktail and gala dinner. Travel and accommodation expenses and meals outside the school are borne by the participants.

 Pre-registration

Pre-registration is now closed. In case you missed the deadline, you may contact us directly (hemphys@sciencesconf.org). We will see if registration is still possible.
